Mrs. Gondwe is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants –ACCA (UK), and an Associate member of ZICA and ACCA. She is also in possession of a Diploma in Association of Accounting Technicians) AAT UK, Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business (ACCA) and Certificates in Accounting NVQ Level 2 and 3(obtained under AAT) and  Masters of Business Administration in Finance with the University of Zambia School of Business. Mrs. Gondwe possess over 15 years of proven work experience with expertise in Strategic financial planning, Management accounts, Budgetary control, Financial accounting, Financial management, Auditing, Debt Collection Management, Treasury & Investment Management. She is a team Leader and team Player with proven ability to set targets, motivate and inspire staff to achieve targets.

Mr. Davies Sikozi joined the Society in July 2018 and is part of ACSZ Senior Management with more than 20 years hands-on experience in Human Resource Management. He pursued his Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources Management. He is a Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management and a Member of Zambia Counseling Council. Before joining the Society, he held similar positions in several institutions.

Mr. Kaushiku is an expert in developing and implementing security policies and procedures necessary for protecting organizational assets. In his current role he is responsible for directing the activities of security personnel to ensure protection of ACSZ's physical assets, properties, and resources. Further more Mr Kaushiku is in charge of planning and coordinating security operations during our annual Show and all other events that take place within The Show Society.
