Mrs. Gondwe is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants –ACCA (UK), and an Associate member of ZICA and ACCA. She is also in possession of a Diploma in Association of Accounting Technicians) AAT UK, Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business (ACCA) and Certificates in Accounting NVQ Level 2 and 3(obtained under AAT) and  Masters of Business Administration in Finance with the University of Zambia School of Business.

Mrs. Gondwe possess over 15 years of proven work experience with expertise in Strategic financial planning, Management accounts, Budgetary control, Financial accounting, Financial management, Auditing, Debt Collection Management, Treasury & Investment Management.

She is a team Leader and team Player with proven ability to set targets, motivate and inspire staff to achieve targets.
