The Agricultural & Commercial Cooperative Society of Zambia Limited (ACSZ) is dedicated to upholding the fundamental tenets of transparency, honesty, and responsibility in all its endeavors. In line with our commitment to good governance practices, we have embraced the guidelines set forth by the Registrar of Societies in Zambia.

ACSZ established a Board of Directors structure that reflects our commitment to effective governance. Our Board comprises both executive and non-executive members, with a President and Vice President/Show Convener appointed in accordance with our Articles of Association and the regulatory framework provided by the Registrar of Societies.

  Our Board convenes regularly throughout the year, with scheduled meetings held to deliberate on matters pertinent to our Society's growth and sustainability. Additionally, provisions are in place to convene special board meetings promptly should the need arise.

  Administration & Human Resources: The backbone of our organization, the Administration & Human Resources department oversees personnel matters, fosters a positive work environment, and handles administrative tasks with precision and care.

  Internal Audit: Upholding the highest standards of integrity, our Internal Audit team conducts thorough assessments to ensure compliance with regulations, identify areas for improvement, and safeguard against risks.

  Projects & Maintenance: From infrastructure development to ongoing maintenance, our Projects & Maintenance department works tirelessly to enhance our facilities and create a conducive environment for our stakeholders.
