Registration Process

1. What is the registration process? Get an application form at the offices, or website and fill in the application which has guiding details.

Previous year stats

1. How many people attended the show last year? Over 200,000

2. How many vendors participated and from what industries? 1195 local and 183 foreign.

Deadlines

1. What is the deadline for registration? Registration goes on until the exhibition spaces are filled so its first come, first service basis.

2. What is the deadline for payment? Exhibitors who apply are given 7 days to pay or lose their stand.

Payment

1. What mode of payment do you accept? Cash, cheque and bank transfer.

2. Do you wait till the payment clearance of funds for EFTs and cheques or does a POP suffice? Yes

3. When will invoice be issued post payment? Immediately

4. Where should payments be made? Society accounts offices and the bank.

Pre-event

1. What assistance does the show society offer? ACSZ organizes preparatory Exhibitors Meetings that provide guidance on participation and requirements.

2. Does the Show provide assistance at the port of entry for foreign exhibitors? The Society issues invitation letters, the Society is always declared as a bonded warehouse and all exhibits enter the country on duty free. The Society can recommend reliable clearing agents for customs clearance and transportation of exhibits, and all relevant expenses incurred from the above shall be borne by the exhibitors.

The Event

1. Do you have a floor plan/ layout for the event? Yes we do.

2. When will vendors know which stands have been allocated to them? When they fill in the application form.

3. How many badges are exhibitors allocated per vendor? It's tied to the amount paid.

4. Where do vendors park? And is it secure? There is a designated and secure parking area for exhibitors but people are advised to carry their valuables.

5. How much is a parking badge? Car sticker is K50.00.

6. Are products insured during exhibition? Yes they are although some exhibitors prefer to have someone manning their stands.

7. Where are the fire assembly points? They are dotted around the showgrounds.

8. Do you provide waste bins and is there a service for daily collection? Yes we do and the service is done regularly.
