With a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA, MBA) from the Copperbelt University coupled with over 8 years’ experience as a Marketing and Communications expert, Lailah has specialist understanding and experience in marketing strategy development and implementation, brand positioning, business turnaround strategy, project management, team leadership, budgeting, and ability to foster B2B Collaboration.

She also holds an advanced Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations with over 5 years work experience in the public and private media industry. Lailah has a solid traceable record of delivering outstanding business results. She is a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) and a team player who is result oriented and highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
